About the Event
What are chakras and what role does each individual one have? Be amazed how the chakras influence our thinking, our behaviour and our entire life! It's crazy once you understood and see the difference once you start bringing them back into balance.
We start at 07.30 am with yoga on a beautiful rooftop overlooking the ocean to calm our mind and relax the body to be more receptive for the upcoming exercises. We learn how powerful affirmations are and deepen what we learn in a meditation session. The workshop finishes with a group discussion on how to practice what we learnt in our daily life.
No worries about your energy level: healthy breakfast and yummy snack for lunch are also included ;-)
