About the Event
We start at 07.30 am with yoga on a beautiful rooftop overlooking the ocean to calm our mind and relase tension. Like this we can be more receptive for the upcoming exercises on how to change our mindset from 'why is this happening to me?' to 'yeah universe, bring it on! I am ready for the challenge!'. We deepen what we learn in a meditation session and close with a group discussion on how to practice what we learnt in our daily life.
No worries about your energy level: healthy breakfast and yummy snack for lunch are also included ;-)
