THE IDEA
As modern women we have more possibilities than ever before. Neverteheless we struggle, we get confused which role to play – career, mother, wife, single adventurer!?
We are still being told what to want, who to be and what to feel. As we like to give and we like to please we try to make it right, be perfect for everyone and forget who we really are.
The truth is, deep inside we know what we want and what we dont want. We have the right to live exactly the way we wanna live. We are free spirits, untamed, authentic, beautiful, strong,emotional, smart, innocent and proud of it!
Join us on our retreat and reconnect with your wild female soul and unleash you inner warrior goddess!
THE TEACHERS
We, Freddie and Steffi, are two warrior women by heart. We met in Sri Lanka and
it was love at first sight. By that time we both had given up our lives at home in Portugal and Germany to follow our dreams and fulfill our destinies.
We have been travelling the world and our depths inside. We studied Yoga, Meditation and Reiki. We went on a journey outside and inside and we became whole. We were always strong, single, independent career women who fought for what they wanted. We thought emotions are a sign of weakness, that women themselves are weak.
Only on our journies we understood that being strong AND in touch with our female side, is our real superpower. And this is what we wanna tell you, our stories, how we became warriors and to guide you on your own journey surrounded by your warrior sisters :-)

THE LOCATION
We are holding the retreat at an authentic Portuguese farm house called Boavista (good view) with 16 hectares by the Lima's River in Oleiros, Ponte da Barca.
It has been an organic farm for more then 20 years, 5 hectares of the farm being a vineyard. The area of the House is considered to be the birth of Portugal, many battles between the first portuguese king (D. Afonso Henriques) and his mother,
Teresa, and the Spanish happened here around XI century.
It is a place with history and a strong energy. Therefore its perfect for us warrior women :-).
To make it even better, we have another powerful woman on board: Maria Teresa
Távora or Tia Tareca. She manages the family property, the vine and wine business all by herself and even takes care of her grandchildren. She will be our host and empower us with traditonal home cooked food.

HOW TO GET THERE
Porto is the biggest city close to Oleiros (about 45 mins drive by car) with an
international airport (Porto Airport OPO).
We will arrange a taxi transfer on the arrival and departure day of the retreat.
Otherwise, you can get a public bus that leaves from the airport, the company
is called “Barcarense” (contact us to get more info), or you can take an UBER
or rent a car yourself.
THE HOUSE
On the first floor we have 2 rooms and one bathroom (shared):
- 1 double bed room
- 1 room with twin beds
The house surrounded by beautiful gardens has a kitchen, dining area and lounge area and 4 beautiful rooms and 3 bathrooms (shared) on the ground level:
- 1 room with 1 double bed
- 2 rooms with a 2 twin bed
- 1 room with a twin bed and one single bed

Payment Policy
- To reserve your spot, we request a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat price via bank transfer.
- The balance is due one month before the start of the retreat via bank transfer.
- Please understand that we cannot refund your retreat fee if you cancel less than one month before the start of the retreat due to organisational reasons.
